bend or massage
i have a pain in my lower back, kind of the sides lately, and it mite be posture or my backpack, help>?
my backpack is fairly low on my back, and heavy, could that have anything to do with teh pain, its like wehn i bend over. the pain is in my bone/muscle right above my butt. should i ice or take a warm bath, or any stretches, massage, or exercises i can do. Thanx
That could be your kidney.
If you’re not drinking enough water then that is your problem.
