face massage wrinkles
How would massaging olive oil ,on my face, overnight help me?
It was bit of a revelation to me that olive oil is used to massage the face. Earlier i had known that it was a good cooking medium.
Would it reduce pigmentation & wrinkles.I have a dry skin.
Would any olive oil do ?
Should i massage at night and wash the next morning ?
If you want to you should massage and wash in the morning, but just use enough for your skin to absorb and then wait a few min. and rinse and/or blot away and extra oil.
it’s basically a lotion. But if i were you i would get an actual face oil or lotion, cetaphil and aveeno are very good.
